Observation: Girdwood

First tracks up, light snow with little moisture content. One woomph on the way up but otherwise no shooting cracks or other observations.

Snow pit at 2300 feet NE aspect. CT23 and no failure on our ECT. Failure occurred on the compacted layer above the thanksgiving crust layer, which was at a depth of about 85cm and had faceted snow above and below.
