Route & General Observations

Rain runnels and supportable crust with 2-3″ blower on top to 2500′. Frozen rollerballs and pinwheels 2500′ – 2800′. 3-5″ blower on top of a settled upper pack above 2500′. Surface hoar widespread 1800′-3800′ Some mostly obscured crowns, along ridgelines and in complex steep, rocky, convex and concave terrain features. Basal facets and a decomposing October crust/bsh combo are still showing signs of reactivity and energy. CT16 sudden collapse in basal facets and almost simultaneous deep slab release on the October funk layer. Pit depth approx. 60″ 30* elevation 3000′.
