Skies were clear overhead with a light NW breeze and single digit temps falling through the afternoon.
Anchorage Nordic Ski Patrol members made a quick afternoon tour into Rae Wallace Bowl and up Microdot to observe snowpack conditions. Low density powder surface made for great skiing when we didn’t find rocks thinly covered by the Thanksgiving snow.
