While in the meadows, we looked up to the bowl and saw an avalanche that was currently sliding. Looked to have released under a cornice, no cornice debris was seen. Debris moved slow and looked/acted more like a dry loose, yet was on an actively loaded slope where a wind slab problem would be suspected.

- Wind transport was observed at ridgelines with some intermittent flagging, evidence of recent and active wind affect seen at and below tree line in more open sections. Throughout the afternoon, the sun got stronger and more intense, by ~4pm south facing sidewalls of the skin track and steep southern aspects started to show signs of warming from the sun.
Observed a widespread, very thin rime crust on surface; otherwise there was a soft windslab found anywhere there were openings in the trees.
