ECT conducted at 2500,’ West aspect, slope angle 25. 165cm total depth, ECTP25 propagation at 40cm. This layer was not easily seen before failure. When looked at under lens there was a very thin layer of <.25mm crystals. Persistent Weak layer still present at 100cm but unreactive in ECT and informal testing. Did not dig all the way to base (40cm not uncovered).
