West face Manitoba to summit. Test pits dug at 13:30 on 28 degree slope at 2500ft. Height of snow 170.

Clear skies. Calm wind. -13C.

Snow surface

15cm of blower new snow on top of consolidated snow, awesome skiing.

Snowpack

Elevation 2500ft, West aspect, 28 degree slope angle, height of snow 170cm. Buried surface hoar @ 70cm below surface. Basal facets @ 120cm below surface. CTN x4. ECTX x4 (four test pits dug). Deep tap test produced no result.
