Route & General Observations

At 12pm I started from the Cornbiscuit parking lot where I had seen a broken trail and tracks on lower west facing Cornbiscuit. Started up the broken skinner then veered across the creek toward Magnum with the intention of skiing near PMS bowl. Trail breaking was deep and slow and with any slope angle I started noticing shooting cracks and collapsing in multiple places. With daylight fading and some red flags I ended up turning around at 2100 ft and dug a pit. I was able to get propagation on the crust layer from thanksgiving my test results being ECTP 18 @57cm (HS was 139cms ). The ski out was deep but low angle back to the car. Looking into Superbowl I could see evidence of dry loose sluffing throughout.
