Snowpack Obs

The word for the day in pit tests was “propagation”. We performed multiple
tests in 4 different locations and all tests showed that avalanches still have
the potential to take out large areas and will be in the 2-3’ range. It is
getting more difficult to trigger, or initiate an avalanche. The end result
still has the potential to be severe.
