This is a crown profile of a large class 3/small class 4 natural
avalanche that occurred on Magnum last week. The avalanche
occured sometime between January 14th and January 16th, 2009. The
slide path encompassed the majority of the west face of Magnum.
This crown profile is taken on a WNW aspect at 2700 ft.
