Route & General Observations

Route is a bit of a nightmare due to uncovered alders, trenches, and areas of open water. Higher, unprotected features have experienced wind effect. Lower, protected areas are settled snow powder. No signs of recent avalanche.

Clear, valley was in shadows, 3°F, light winds

Snow surface

Above 2,200' above trees there was signs of wind transport however slabs were soft.
Below 2,100' was settled powder


ECTX on N/NE face pit depth was to ground at 120cm.
