Looking south towards Seward with snow was 6-8 feet near cabin.
Benson and Mt Marathon. Avalanche debris at the base of Benson believed to be during last storm Monday timeframe.

Location: Lost Lake from Seward
Snow pack at Clemens cabin was 6-8 feet deep with January crust and facets at bottom still present. Pit results near cabin were not very reactive in that location. Trail conditions are ice patches down low. Trail is very bumped out making for a rough ride on the lower to middle section of trail. Improved higher up near cabin. See pictures looking south towards Seward. A few avalanches could be seen on Benson but they are most likely from Monday Tuesday timeframe. Temperature remain in the mid 20’s.
