took snowmachines back archangel valley to assess snow conditions. Good low density snow with lots of rocks still exposed.

slight wind effected snow in areas but mostly encountered low density powder.
Snowpack
see snow pilot and pit wall picture. encountered a rock while performing CT and PST which may have affected results as i was trying to test at the basal facets (for PST). CT data left out and PST was sub optimal for good results. Did not see any melt freeze crust present in my pit ? SE aspect. Still some facets at the ground but stable snowpack above.
