Toured up from the Indian side for an overnight, numerous wet slides on all aspects, mostly originating in steep rocky terrain. Some slides had stepped down to lower layers. There were some very large slides in and around Bird’s Eye peak and powerline pass, and at least one slide on the Arctic side of the pass that had come very near to the typical Arctic to Indian traverse path. Temps were in the upper 40s during the day, and temps stayed above freezing at the pass on Saturday night.
