Clearing down valley, mild weather and moderate temps. NO RAIN! 3cm of new snow overnight.

Snow surface

Rimed new snow, 2-3mm. Dry. No crust.

Snowpack

Moderate strength, poor structure:4 lemons, PWL in top meter (MF crust down 40-70cm (20171119)), fracture character ranged from Q1-Q2 in small column test moderate to high propagation potential (MF crust 40-70cm down, ECTP 15-25; PSTN 20-49(20171119),highly spatially variable.
