We toured up from center ridge side, made a short lap in the low angle slopes of hippy bowl without incident. After getting back up to the common ridge, we watched a group push a little further in hippy bowl still on the low angle slopes. The second skier triggered a remote soft slab at the end of his/her run that realised a majority of hippy bowl.

Second skier descended closer to the base of Hippy Bowl Face. At the bottom of the run he initiated the failure that quickly propagated uphill connecting multiple deeper pockets. The crown was 2' on average and as deep as 4-5' in isolated pockets. Since the skier was nearly done with the run, they manged to easily out run the debris. However some debris flowed all they way down the south face of Tincan.
