A very thin rain crust almost all the way to top of hanging valley, north aspect. Possible future layer of concern?

Winds, lots of pluming coming off the peaks on every side the south fork eagle river valley. Lots of snow moving

Very thin rain crust found in the bottom of the valley and almost to the top of hanging valley north aspect. Could be a future layer of concern?
