From Glen Alps parking lot observed avalanche debris in gully on south aspect of ridge between Rusty Point and Wolverine Pk.

From the Glen Alps PL observed recent avalanche debris in gully on south aspect of ridge between Rusty Point and Wolverine Pk. Am estimating occurred at some point prior to 1600 on 4/12. New snow has blanketed the area over the past several days,. Attached pic shows what may be Dall sheep tracks? on lookers left near top of debris. They are known to winter in this area. This may be what triggered the avalanche (pic attached).
Did quick pit at approx. 3pm on the SW side of Blueberry Knoll. Got CT21Q2 25cm down consisting of new and wind transported snow on top of an MF crust. The avalanche may have run on a similiar surface.

Measured 20cm of new snow that has fallen in the area over the past couple of days. Did quick pit at approx. 3pm on the SW side of Blueberry Knoll. Got CT21Q2 25cm down consisting of new and wind transported snow on top of an MF crust. The avalanche may have run on a similiar surface.
