Sunny, fresh snow, no wind. Started at about 8 degrees but warmed into the 20s. Northeast aspect was safe from solar affect, but saw signs of warming on southern exposure.

Nice tour from Independence Mine, thru Gold Chord Mine and up the northeast aspect of Granite Mountain. Little windblown near the top but otherwise very nice skiing with no red flags seen.
