Route & General Observations

I’ve attached a photo of the glide crack on Lipps from Friday the 28th. The crack had opened about 1-2 feet at that point. Old ski tracks crossed the crack indicating it had opened since the run had last been skied. Just an interesting note as this seems to be a relatively fast moving glide crack.

This glide crack was observed to have had a partial release on Saturday Dec 29th, just a day after the photo below was taken. Hence it must have released sometime Friday night. Link to that report: https://www.cnfaic.org/observations/petes-north-26/
