Wet snow/rain
Most of the area is wind-scoured with very little snow except in gullies. Gullies seem to have couple feet of snow with settled snow overlain by melt/freeze/wind crust overlain by wind-loaded and heavy wet snow.
Very general observations from hiking up Peak 2-3 every week observing changes in snow through time.
