Observation: Turnagain
Location: Eddie's. Skier's left of uptrack.
Avalanche on Eddie’s:
Slope about 32? 34? degrees at start. Debris slid a long way- down and across the flatter terrain.
Skier/boarder triggered. We did not witness it- it occurred between laps.
No shooting cracks or whumpfing.
Soft slab consistency evidenced by observing cutting above the ski track. Top 12″ are what released.
Conditions were very deep and mostly light snow. Mid-thigh on a short person.
Weather was Intermittent snowing. Very light wind.
