Avalanche Details

Skier triggered avalanche from another group.
Dug a pit into the crown within 20 minutes of the release.
ECTP13 down 50cm on Buried Surface Hoar.
4F above BSH and 4F+ below BSH.

Sky: Overcast/Obscured all day.
Temp: mid 20's
Wind: Calm to light ~NE winds
Precip: Light to moderate snowfall

Snow surface

400-1,000 feet: 10-15cm new snow on top of crust.
1,200-2,000 feet: 30-40cm new snow on top of Near Surface Facets and Surface Hoar.
