My partner and I ascended the standard approach track to search for non-wind affected areas and enjoy the sun. We conducted instability tests at our high point, 2,230 ft, and skied within the southern bowls and lower trees. Though colder, the sun and clear sky was a major convenience and once again produced rollers by 3pm on most S-SW aspects.

Winds were calm, with sporadic <5mph from SE
Strong sun affect, with S-SW aspects producing rollers by 3pm.
Surface Hoar (2-6mm) feathers were present up to 1,200ft.
Wind stiffened and wind slab surfaces were widespread on exposed ridgelines, 1-20cm thick, of F-1F hardness above 1,500ft.
Northern aspects/Bowls were generally not affected by the recent wind event, creating at most a 1cm thick windskin to dry, fresh powder.
In general, our focus was to further assess instability of regions/aspects on Eddies that we personally have not toured through post-storm/wind event.
The NYE Facet-MF Crust-Facet layer was approx 115cm below surface with a cohesive slab of rounds, decomposing fragments, and stellars above. We received results, identifying the failure layer super-stratum, on facets, above the NYE crust.
