Route & General Observations

There was 1-2′ of overflow on Crescent lake. A large natural avalanche created a debris field extending about halfway across the lake and caused upheaval of lake ice which was about 8″ thick. The east side of the lake about a mile from the saddle cabin has large unseen cracks and we fell through trying to extract a snowmachine.
