clear calm 18*F@ noon, 10*F@4:30; 10cm new snow increasing to 15cm over a barely supportable 1cm crust

10 - 15 cm new snow w/ obvious stellars; small 2mm surface hoar to 1900'
All over a 1 cm MF crust

No wetting in pit wall except immediately below crust
