Route & General Observations

Carter Lake 12 inches unconsolidated powder on top of harder base. Wind loading upper elevations of Wrong Mt and back side of LV Ray. Wind loading observed on south facing slopes Carter Lake, Snug Harbor, Lost Lake, and Seward. Active wind loading at 630 am today in Seward.
