Nice day. Natural avys few days old observed. Good snow on northern aspects.

Cracking on ridgelines in hard wind slabs. Some hollow windslabs. Natural avalanches observed, at least a few days old.

Light wind below ridgelines. Moderate winds on ridgelines.

Snow surface

5-10" ski penetration on northerly aspects, slightly wind effected. Slight sun effect on Southerly faces.

Snowpack

No formal tests. Purposefully triggered hard windslab on terrain feature on Granite mtn at 4200', 50 ft long ran 30 ft vertical.
