11am start ~10F at the car, light winds, clear and sunny. Warmer in the sun, light to moderate NE winds at the saddle and moderate NNE winds at the summit. Light snow transport along the ridge and snow transport seen on other ridges in the Eagle River Valley. Warmed up to ~15F at the car by ~3pm.

Summer route to the saddle between Gordon Lyon and Rendezvous, then ridge line to Gordon Lyon, skied back to the car.

Low density snow with light wind effect, no observed surface hoar.
Snowpack
No new snow, ~18" of low density snow on top of supportable, more dense older snow. No formal tests, lots of stability testers out with every face in the bowl having many tracks.
