Observation: Chugach State Park
Location: Anchorage Front Range
Fun stable skiing in the Anchorage front range the last two days. 12-30″ of new
snow since Xmas day. Evidence of early wind slabs forming just below ridges
(light winds over the last several days), though no obvious signs of recent
instabilities.
Experienced some loose snow sluffing on steeper slopes, manageable and expected.
