Avalanche: Hatcher Pass

Location: Above Archangel Rd. Approximately 2 miles in from trail head (near the beaver pond)

Route & General Observations

While packing and grooming Archangel Rd for skiers an avalanche was observed by several skiers. The runout did not reach the road and to the best of our knowledge no people were affected. This release is well beyond the locations of the 2 major avalanches that came down in November.
