Turnagain Pass, Johnson Pass, Snug Harbor, Carter Lake, Resurrection Trail, Summit Lake, and Snow River are open for motorized use.
Placer river, 20 mile, and Lost Lake remain closed due to shallow snow cover. These areas will be evaluated as conditions improve.

12/10 – Human Factors and Decision Making. Girdwood Ranger station.
12/17 – Snowpack and Mountain Weather. Alaska Avalanche School Classroom.
All topics begin at 630 pm and will last about 90 minutes.
