February 23 avalanche. lots of whumphing at elevations 4000’+. Valley floor and benches proved stable all day. This avy was done w/ second rider came down. Remote trigger. Scary picking our way down after this one.

lots and lots of whumphing above 3600fet. New snow. don't know recent storm totals (i'm sure Jed does), but for the most part completely untouched all winter. roughly 3.5-5ft deep mid to upper valley.
