Toured up west shoulder of MicroDot to 4200′. See avy photos below from 3/27-3/29 made of massive slides on NE faces from Marmot Fishhook Parking Lot and from bench on west shoulder of MicroDot.

Bluebird, light winds fro SE, air temps at 28F on Marmot but much hotter reflective temps on snow surface on MicroDot.
