Quick tour from parking lot to about 4500ft on microdot shoulder. Weather was overcast and alternating between periods of light rain, light snow, no precip, and mixed precip. Winds were calm and visibility was poor. Light snow leaving the parking lot around 4pm which turned to rain at lower elevations

Witnessed a glide crack release on Skyscraper at 1245. No one was on that slope at the time. Pictures attached.

38 degrees and raining in the parking lot prior to departing. Overcast, poor visibility, calm winds. Turned to periods of snow and mixture of snow and rain.
