Toured up the standard Marmot up track. Did a run off the west face then back up to ski down the SE ridge (middle) of Vice Presidents. Snow surface was generally powder with some wind affect and shallow snow on the middle part of the SE ridge.

Skied the mellow part of Vice Presidents SE ridge from Marmot towards the road. Pulled up in the middle section to navigate some wind scoured terrain. As I did I glanced to my right and noticed the slab propagating about 100 ft below me in the gully. Must have been remotely triggered as I was well in the middle of the ridge at least 100ft away. Felt no collapsing or any other red flags during the tour. Avalanche propagated quite a ways up the gully and ran to the bottom...estimating the crown at about 8 inches in depth.
