Skied south, east and north facing aspects of Marmot Ridge at all elevations. Triggered one 5m x 5m sluff on a small steep rollover on a south aspect which stopped within 5m, sliding on the old crust surface. Slough entrained significant snow on steep north face, old avalanche debris was very difficult to ski over.
Mixed sun and clouds, temps in the 20’s, did not see any new natural or human triggered avalanches.
Mixed clouds and sunny to start, became quite cloudy by 2pm.
About 15-40cm of powder depending on the aspect, on top of the old frozen crusty snow.
