A largish avalanche that ran approximately 1,500 vertical feet, all the way to the creek, at approximately 1:00 pm.. Propagated across two gulleys. Highest crown face appeared no more than 2 feet high. Suspiciously there were three out of bounds snowmachiners operating in the area. A short “high mark” was present just to the left of the avalanche track. Could one of the snowmachiners remote triggered this avalanche? Observer recorded one “whoomp” on flat ground. Observer did not see, only heard the avalanche.
