While skinning up from the glades toward frostbite ridge, two skiers were visible on the ridge above ascending the ridgeline toward government peak summit. Observed avalanche on the next ridge over.

Avalanche Details

The skiers were on a small knob on the ridge line and appeared to be similar elevation as the crown, but they were quite a distance away. See photo. Unclear if they remotely triggered or it was natural. It looked like a smaller secondary avalanche also occurred on the adjacent slope. Skiers descended via skin track.
