Gold Chord up to the cross, skied a few runs down and the first roller.

Solar warming around rock faces, noticed an increase in activity around 3:30pm.

Weather

Blue blue skies. Mid teens to low 20s. Intermittent wind, the further back bowls seemed fairly protected. Major wind plumes observed earlier in the morning.

Snow surface

1-2" freeze/thaw crust. Easily breakable in protected areas. Much thicker on unprotected ridges.

Snowpack

270cm at the mine!
