Route & General Observations

Just as Jed, Allie and Jake have been saying. In deeper loaded spots the snow is pretty strong, lousy structure, and high propagation potential on the basal facets.
There is a moderately reactive layer in the top third of the pack; wind effected facets over a thin (3cm) layer of less cohesive facets.
CT12 RP Down 35cm 1F facets over 4 F facets
CT25 SC Entire pack, HS 120cm, slab primarily 50cm P hard directly above F hard basal facets.
Even though the hazard is “moderate” heed the advice to dial back your acceptable slope angles and consequences. There are shallow, weak spots waiting to be found.
