The Southcentral Alaska Avalanche Workshop (SAAW) will be held on Friday, November 10th. This will be the 11th annual SAAW – can you believe it! The event is a group effort by the Chugach National Forest Avalanche Center, Alaska Avalanche School, Hatcher Pass Avalanche Center, and the American Avalanche Association. It is a gathering of snow professionals and interested public for a day of learning, presentation, discussion, and networking.
