The Friends of the Chugach Avalanche Center is an official Pick. Click. Give. organization. When you apply for your PFD please consider supporting your public avalanche center. Even if you have already applied for your PFD, you have until March 31st log back in and donate – it’s not too late.
Roughly half of the Avalanche Center budget relies on public support and every little bit helps! These funds allows us to provide the best possible services, including daily avalanche forecasts, weather station installation and maintenance and avalanche education scholarships for the public.
