Route & General Observations
Snow profile at 2200 feet.
This pit profile is typical of much of Turnagain right now. Mid
and lower depths have surprisingly little of interest for early
season. The recent wind slab at the surface is obvious in this
location and showed some relatively easy shears with column
testing. This could be a concern when we get new snow and weight
added to this snowpack.
