One collapse with weight of 8 people in close proximity, at 1250 feet elevation, SW aspect, on Center Ridge.

Center Ridge, SW aspect, 1250 feet, 29ยบ slope.
Consistent failure on surface hoar 45cm down, CT12-14, Q1-2 (SP), ECTP14. From top, snow overlaying weak layer was, 15cm NSF (Fist hard), 15cm melt-freeze crust (Pencil+ hard), 15cm rounds (1 finger hard).

Similar findings in pits on sunburst at 1200 feet, W aspect. Similar findings in pits (slightly less reactive) on Tincan at 2200 feet, but rounds instead of melt-freeze layer overlaying the weak layer.
