Description: Supportable rain crust up to 2400 feet...transitions right into
supportable windslab/dense storm snow above that elevation.
Found one layer of buried surface hoar 2.5 feet down and the
Jan. 7 rain crust 3 feet down. Both failed at the same time
only after stomping downward on the column (after 30 hits).
